Al Haffa, located in the Dhofar Governorate, Wilayat of Salalah, is renowned for its traditional market known as Al Haffa Market. This market, situated approximately 3 kilometres from Salalah's city center, attracts tourists from outside the city and serves as both a tourist destination and an economic hub.


Nestled amidst coconut palm trees, Al Haffa market is famous for its sale of dairy products and incense. It offers a wide variety of goods, including traditional textiles, clothing, jewelry, and other crafts.


Recently, Asas Company announced the development of Al Haffa Beach Market, a project situated near the original Al Haffa market with scenic views of the Al Haffa coastline.


This market holds significance as a heritage site, representing the shape and essence of Omani culture, and it welcomes tourists from various locations. Additionally, the market features recreational and service facilities to enhance the visitor experience.

Spanning over 14,000 square meters of rental space, the project encompasses heritage markets, family services, entertainment units, and cafes. It utilises environmental elements that are associated with the fragrant Omani heritage, incorporating them into the market's design and atmosphere.


It is regarded as one of the key tourist attractions in Salalah, introducing visitors from around the world to authentic Omani heritage through tourism, entertainment, and service offerings infused with historical influences.


The project stands out for its diverse range of food and beverage options, as well as its outdoor seating areas that provide a pleasant ambiance overlooking the beach during the autumn season in Dhofar. Moreover, the market boasts a captivating view of the beach and features beautiful lighting in the evening, adding to its appeal.
