Muscat: Muscat Municipality introduced several online services at COMEX 2023 on Monday.
The services include a new version of the municipality application for smartphones, in addition to introducing those interested in the municipality's WhatsApp (Maeen) platform and an automated service to respond to requests.
The municipality will also present electronic services for camping permits and the online payment portal. Visitors to Comex will experience the traffic control system, the smart lighting management system, and the digital integration and connectivity plan.
