Female citizen evacuated from UAE after undergoing adverse medical condition

Muscat: Acting in coordination with the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Health responded to a request to transfer a female Omani citizen who experienced an adverse health condition in the United Arab Emirates.

Dr Mohammed Saif al Bousafi, Director of the Emergency Management Centre at the Ministry of Health, said that, after evaluating the patient's condition, coordination was made with the Defence Ministry’s Royal Air Force of Oman to transfer the patient to the Royal Hospital through coordination with the medical staff of Khasab Hospital. The woman’s condition required advanced medical intervention.
