Muscat: Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) and Oman Cables Company on Wednesday signed a cooperation agreement in a bid to boost cooperation in the fields of education, research and community service.
The agreement was signed by HH Sayyid Dr Fahd Al Julanda al Said, Vice Chancellor of SQU and Cinzia Farisè, CEO of Oman Cables Company.
The signing of this agreement comes within the framework of joint efforts between SQU’s College of Engineering and Oman Cables Company in education, research and community service fields. The company annually trains students of the college, while the college provides advisory services to the company in the field of developing and grooming human resources.
