Muscat: The Directorate General of Consumer Protection in North al Batinah seized perfumes and aromatics derivatives manufactured in an environment that did not meet the minimum health and safety requirements.

According to CPA, the perfumes manufacturing company did not have an approved license and operated from a rented house.

This came as part of the efforts made by the authority in the various governorates to monitor markets and curb unlicensed businesses by some suppliers.

The authority seeks to safeguard consumers and ensure that they obtain their full rights, especially in ensuring the quality of goods, and everything that guarantees them their health and safety.
