Muscat: The police in North al Batinah arrested three people of Arab nationalities, including two women, on charges of defrauding shop owners.
The methodology used was agreeing with them to buy certain goods, canceling the deal before completing the payment process, and then demanding a return of the purchase value after deluding them from receiving the amount.
