The annual horse race of the Royal Cavalry kicked off on Thursday under the auspices of His Highness Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham al Said, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth, in the Wilayat of Al Buraimi. It is organised by the Royal Court Affairs, represented by the Royal Cavalry.
The race included a number of exhibition segments, including equestrian skills, the art of Al Ayala, shooting arrows, the skill of picking up pegs and horse running.
