A two-foot tall baby has been born in Brazil weighing 7.3kg.
Mother Cleidiane Santos dos Santos, 27, gave birth to son Angerson by C-section on Wednesday 18 January at Hospital Padre Colombo in Parintins, Amazonas State.
Santos was in the hospital for a routine consultation, but medics realized the unborn baby was too big for her to carry for a full term.
Angerson is being kept in an incubator and in a 'stable' condition.
The normal weight of children at birth ranges between 2.5 to 4 kilograms.
