MUSCAT: An educational and non-commercial environmental exhibition of rare birds titled 'Gold Exhibition 14' will be held on Friday. Eighteen different breeds of birds, including pigeons, doves, parrots and sparrows, as well as rabbits will be displayed at the exhibition.

This fourteenth edition of the event, which is organised and managed by Al Nawader Oman, will take place at Al Bahaa School for Basic Education in Mabela in the Wilayat of Seeb.

The exhibition is held annually and it attracts a large number of attendees interested in rare birds and pets from different countries of the world. It provides an educational environment to learn about the birds and proper breeding and care techniques, as well as promoting an interest in the environment.
