Muscat: A delegation from the Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) on Sunday visited the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology. The visit was in pursuance of initiatives agreed by the two sides in the road sector.

The programme included a bilateral meeting during which two working papers were discussed, the first of which dealt with road design, classification and construction, as well as road maintenance and related contracts in Oman.

The second working paper focused on the Saudi expertise in the field of road maintenance and the best practices on road quality and asset management.
