Beirut: Represented by the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI), Oman took part in the 15th session of the statistics committee of the Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA), held here on Thursday.
The session discussed the progress made in implementing statistical tasks of the previous session, as well as technical cooperation and activities of the Commission’s advisory panels.
The Committee took note of efforts to monitor progress in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and develop purchasing power uses in economic assessment.
