Oman participates in GCC Economic, Development Affairs meet

Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman, represented by the Ministry of Economy, took part on Thursday in the 5th meeting of the Senior Officials Committee that stems from the GCC Economic and Development Affairs Authority.


The meeting, held via video-conferencing, was organized by the GCC Secretariat General.


Dr Nasser Rashid al Maawali, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economy, represented Oman at the meeting.


The meeting discussed a spectrum of topics, including previous recommendations, the budget of the authority and ways to enhance the authority’s work system and governance.
