Muscat: As part of the efforts to encourage cooperation between the public and private sectors, Khedmah (OIFC) has signed a contract with Royal Oman Police (ROP) to provide services for paying traffic fines and printing vehicle registration cards.

"The facilities will be available at Khedmah branches across Oman and printing of the mulkiya (vehicle registration cards) can be printed at some self-service kiosks in select branches."

The self-service kiosks to issue vehicle registration cards (mulkiya) are already available across the Sultanate, with kiosks installed in several supermarkets.
