Muscat: The Ultrasound Department at the Royal Hospital launched a campaign to reduce the backlog of appointments, reduce waiting lists and raise the efficiency of services.

Under the supervision of the Minister of Health, Dr. Hilal bin Ali al Sabti, the campaign will begin on Sunday to accommodate around 130 patients per day, an increase of 60 patients a day at the moment.

The hospital said patients will be notified via SMS of new timings.
