Muscat: The Ministry of Labour here on Monday organized the 8th Annual Customer Experience Forum in cooperation with Al Assayel for Conferences company.
The forum discussed customer service as a form of corporate culture aimed to achieve top quality in rendering services to members of the public.
The forum looks into the great challenges posed to government and private sector establishments in their quest to provide the best services to their customers.
Salient features of the forum include an overview of customer experience under the theme of “Lessons from pioneers of customer service industry”. The forum lays emphasis on endorsing an “institutional culture” focusing on clients, top quality of services, low cost and the hallmark of a distinguished employee.
The forum addresses a wide cross-section of service providers, including directors general in the public and private sectors, customer service supervisors, specialists and employees and all those tasked with offering services to the public.
