Muscat: The Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia said that the Empty Quarter (EQ) border post (linking Oman and Saudi Arabia) will operate 24 hours for commercial traffic, instead of 12 hours at the moment.
A decision has been also made to allow transit commercial trucks during a meeting between His Highness Sayyid Faisal bin Turki al Said, the Ambassador of the Sultanate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Sohail Abanmi, Governor of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority.
