MUSCAT: In order to promote a culture of flexibility and streamline procedures in institutions, the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) implemented a training programme in cooperation with Al Asayel Training Services Company on the flexible transformation process for the Chamber, presented by Dr Yousef bin Nasser al Khamisi (pictured), CEO of BDQ Consulting, consultant and a specialist in Lean methodology.
The programme targets senior management, managers and service providers in the institution, where more than 65 employees of the Chamber participated in the programme.
Through this programme, the Chamber aimed to provide an outline for the role of the executive management in the Chamber in the Agile Transformation process, which will enhance and improve their participation and sponsorship of flexible transformation projects and be more efficient and effective.
Agile Leadership discusses the role of the leader in nurturing, supporting, spreading and applying a culture of flexibility in all steps of services that provided by the institution.
