Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) announced that vehicles won’t be allowed to pull over on both sides of the Sultan Qaboos road in between Burj Al Sahwa roundabout and the Wilayat of Muscat on Tuesday and Wednesday (September 27-28).
