London: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Wednesday left the United Kingdom (UK) after a visit lasting several days during which he offered condolences on the death of Queen Elizabeth II and congratulated King Charles III, King of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Head of the Commonwealth, on the occasion of his accession to the throne in the UK.


During the visit, His Majesty the Sultan was accompanied by Sayyid Khalid Hilal al Busaidi, Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court and Sayyid badr Hamad al Busaidi, Foreign Minister.
