The schools began with the morning assembly with students saluting the flag, declaring their loyalty to the homeland and its leader.

The new school year began with the principal and teachers introducing students to the school and its services. Students were also provided with general advice, especially those related to academic achievement, regulations, and methods of security and safety inside the school campus and on school buses.

The teachers distributed books to the students, providing them with tips to keep them from spoiling.
