PARIS: The Sultanate of Oman’s Royal Cavalry’s mare “Khalsa” won the top trophy of Al Wathba Cup’s horse racing competitions held at Gramat racecourse here for Arabian thoroughbreds.


“Khalsa” was jockeyed to victory in the 2,200 metre-run by Maxim Folon and coached by Charles Jordan.


Second place went to “Alicia”, owned by Lakyore de Sierra, jockeyed by Marlin Mayer and coached by Thomas de Millo.


Third place was won by “Futoon”, owned by Al Shaqab Races, jockeyed by Vincent and coached by Charles Jordan. -- ONA
