Agreements worth RO 6 m signed for projects in Al Buraimi

Al Buraimi: Forty-one agreements for services and development projects in Al Buraimi Governorate at a cost of more than RO 6 million, were signed on Wednesday.


The agreements, which were signed by Sayyid Dr Hamad bin Ahmed al Busaidy, Governor of Al Buraimi, include designing and paving 60 km of internal roads in the wilayats of Al Buraimi, Mahdha and Al Sinaina, rehabilitation of roads affected affected by heavy rains and lighting of Hafeet-Al Sinaina road.


The agreements also involved a consultative study for downtown project between Al Khandaq and Al Hilla castles, an architectural design and supervision of an integrated recreational project in the Wilayat of Al Buraimi. The two projects are among the most important projects in terms of generating economic value-added for the governorate during the upcoming period. This is in addition to an agreement for enhancing digital transformation as well as a number of contracts allotted to small and medium enterprises. — ONA
