Muscat: Mohammed Sulaiman al Kindi, Governor of North Al Batinah, Chairman of the Municipal Council in the Governorate, on Tuesday took the oath of office before Sayyid Hamoud Faisal al Busaidi, Minister of Interior.
This comes as per article (14) of the Municipal Councils Law.
