HM, Tanzanian President hold bilateral meeting

MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik and President Samia Suluhu Hassan of the United Republic of Tanzania held a bilateral meeting at the Al Alam Palace on Monday morning. During the meeting, the two leaders completed discussions on bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to promote them in various spheres to serve the common interests of their peoples. They also reviewed a number of matters of interest to both sides. The meeting was attended from the Omani side by Sayyid Badr bin Hamad al Busaidy, Foreign Minister and Dr Hamad bin Said al Aufi, Head of the Private Office, while from the Tanzanian side it was also attended by Ambassador Mbarouk Nassoro Mbarouk, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation and Sospeter Matwali, Private Secretary of the Tanzanian President. — ONA
