Muscat: Dr Saleh Said Masn, the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion’s Undersecretary for Commerce and Industry received in his office on Tuesday Alireza Peyman-Pak, Deputy Minister for Industry, Mining and Trade of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The two sides reviewed the march of relations between the two countries. They also explored areas of joint cooperation in the fields of economic diversification and means of boosting trade and investment opportunities between the two countries.
The meeting covered exchanging expertise and enhancing cooperation in organizing joint events to introduce the available investment opportunities. It also touched on conducting B2B meetings between businesspeople from Oman and Iran.
The meeting was attended by Ali Najafi Khoshroudi, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Sultanate of Oman.
