Muscat: Sayyid Badr Hamad al Busaidi, Foreign Minister received here on Thursday Gen Wei Fenghe, State Councilor and Minister of National Defence of the People’s Republic of China.
The two sides reviewed the development in the relations between Oman and China in various fields and ways of enhancing them. They also exchanged views on several regional and international matters of common interest.
The two sides also highlighted the joint cooperation between the two countries within the context of international efforts to achieve peace and stability.
The meeting was attended by Khalid Hashel al Musalhi, Head of the Minister’s Office Department at the Foreign Ministry and Li Lingbing, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the Sultanate of Oman.
