Muscat: Gen Sultan Mohammed al Nuamani, Minister of the Royal Office received here on Thursday Gen Wei Fenghe, State Councilor and Minister of National Defence of the People’s Republic of China.
The meeting comes within the framework of the Sultanate of Oman’s keenness in following up the developments of regional and international events.
The two sides exchanged cordial talks on the march of relations between Oman and China. They also reviewed several areas of joint cooperation and ways of enhancing them to serve the interests of the two countries.
The two sides also discussed several matters of common interest.
The meeting was attended by Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China.
