Muscat: The Main Committee of the 1st Duqm Economic Forum on Wednesday held its 1st meeting under the chairmanship of HH Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham al Said.
The meeting reviewed the preparations of holding the 1st Duqm Economic Forum which will highlight investment opportunities and potentials enjoyed by Duqm Zone and its economic importance.
The Committee comprises the Chairman of the Public Authority for Special Economic Zones and Free Zones (OPAZ), the Inspector General for Police and Customs, the Minister of Information and the Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion.
