If you want more than your current reality

If you are afraid of being happy in the present because you want more than this moment for yourself...


If you are on the verge of quitting on yourself if you are wondering if there is a point to healing when your life doesn’t seem to be going anywhere anyway, if you know you need to do something major to change your life but are struggling with what that something is, if you are afraid to take steps forward because you are worried that even when you do your reality might not change then this is for you.


When you are feeling lost and hopeless your body and mind will probably react in certain ways to those emotions. You might feel your breath spinning out of control. You notice your thoughts spiraling. You feel the belief system of ‘nothing is ever going to work’ grabbing hold of your mind. Your fight or flight might start to kick in. There will also probably be a small voice telling you to pause, to take a few breaths.


Now, depending on who you are, your past experiences, and your current circumstances that voice might be stronger and louder for some of us. You are basically at a crossing with two options. The first is to dive deeper into your negative feelings and the second is to focus on the voice telling you to breathe.


The first option will always be the easier option to use. It is really important to be aware of this. The second option, well it's healthier and better for us, but it requires effort. It will require you to be consciously aware of what you are doing. The second option is asking you to TRY.


Why should we try? Why should we try when we have no guarantee things can or will ever change or get better?


Remember these beliefs and questions are anchoring you to your current reality. Yes, you don’t know for sure what will happen in the future; however, you do know that if you do nothing you are almost guaranteed that nothing will change.

Try because this is what life is about. Life is about moving forward. It’s about doing the next right things and believing things will get better.


The only way you will know what is possible is if you try. This will take work. Changing your reality is all about mindset and bodywork and it is WORK.


If your mind is telling you that there is no point your body is going to feel like that is true. The only way to get past this is to consciously work on reframing these beliefs. Your beliefs create your reality and currently, your beliefs are telling you there is no point in anything. The way to get past this is to do the thing and anchor the belief that there is a point. The point is your ability to choose to keep going!


This is how your reality changes. If you are worried about if things are going to be different... remember it will be different if you believe it will be.


When you believe you allow yourself to stay open to possibilities and opportunities. Your reality literally changes simply because you are now open to it changing!


So, if you don’t have hope that it could change, you will keep finding evidence that it cannot change. The second you choose hope, consciousness, and aligned action, you change your reality. You will find evidence of your choice manifesting in your reality.
