

Muscat: For the second year in a row, Muscat International Airport and Salalah Airport have obtained the Airports Council International (ACI) Airport Health Accreditation, based on a programme designed to assist airports by assessing new health measures and procedures introduced as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
This certificate recognizes Muscat International Airport as well as Salalah Airport's commitment to prioritizing health and safety measures in accordance with industry best practices and international health and safety protocols.
The Airport Health Accreditation programme was established to restore confidence in travellers about the safety of airport facilities and the effectiveness of the precautionary measures implemented to prevent any risk to their health.
This accreditation is a recognition of all the COVID-19 measures that Oman Airports have been implementing at Muscat International Airport and Salalah Airport since the onset of the pandemic.
