Muscat: Muscat International Book Fair has started the pre-registration process to visit exhibitions (universities and school students only): The link is given below

The management said that precautionary measures will be followed at Oman Convention and Exhibition Center to maintain public health and safety procedures in all facilities to ensure the health and safety of all publishers and visitors to the exhibition.


All visitors must wear a face mask at all times during the exhibition and in public places, present a certificate of immunization "two doses" upon entering the venue, Maintaining a social distance of not less than one and a half meters inside the exhibition halls and avoid coming to the exhibition if they have symptoms such as cough, runny nose and shortness of breath, even if it is from the groups immunized,


HH Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham al Said, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth, will inaugurate the 26th edition of Muscat Book Fair 2022 on February 24.


Dr. Abdullah bin Nasser al Harrasi, Minister of Information, said that the exhibition will be by following precautionary measures as the country has decided to coexist with the prevailing health situation pandemic by following the rules.


The exhibition will function at 70 percent of its capacity and the number of visitors will be regulated by the people through specific systems installed at the exhibition center.
