Muscat: An executive programme was signed on Wednesday between the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innvoation, represented by the executive committee of the Oman Research Repository project codenamed “Shuaa”.
The project will allow the Ministry of Economy to benefit from the research stored in the repository. The ministry will have the capacity of uploading its intellectual productions, reports and research in the Shuaa database, which will directly benefit researchers and interested people.
The agreement was signed by HH Sayyid Marwan bin Turki al Said, Director of Development Research and Studies in the Ministry of Economy and Dr Nabhan Harith al Harasi, Chairman of the Executive Committee of Shuaa.
The signing ceremony was held in the presence of Dr Nasser Rashid al Maawali, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economy. --ONA
