Muscat: Lt Gen Theyab Saqr al Nuaimi, Chief of Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) on Wednesday went on tour of the Military Technological College (MTC).
Upon the guest’s arrival, he was received by the college’s Acting Commandant.
Members of the visiting delegation were briefed on the college’s education and service facilities, in addition to its general curriculum, technical specializations and the various educational levels. They also toured several departments and training workshops in the college.
Meanwhile, Air Vice Marshal Eng Saleh Yahya Al Maskari, Commandant of the National Defence College (NDC) received on Wednesday Lt Gen Theyab Saqr al Nuaimi, Chief of Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) and his accompanying military delegation.
The two sides exchanged views on several matters of common interest.
Meanwhile, the guest and his accompanying delegation visited the National Defence College (NDC).
They were briefed on the college's facilities and its accredited academic programme in rehabilitating the candidates, as well as the most important exercises and seminars that come within the NDC's annual plans.
They were briefed on the college's environment which stimulates creativity, learning, research and development. The college contains diverse halls that are built based on the latest standards. The halls are also equipped with the best educational systems, training aids and electronic multi-purpose systems. --ONA
