MUSCAT: Khurram khan’s superb 104 not out failed to save Darsait Titans from a crushing 7-wicket defeat by Qurum Thunders in a D20 Super 4 League game at Oman Cricket Turf 1 in Amerat on Monday.
Khurram’s top knock included 9 fours and 5 sixes as Darsait reached 165 for 6 in 20 overs.
Qurum’s brilliant form saw it overhaul the total in only 16.4 overs as it scored 166 for 3 thanks to brilliant batting by Shoaib Khan (55 off 35) and Ayaan Khan (40 off 26). Darsait leggie Khawar Ali bagged 2 for 44.
