Muscat: The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion on Monday urged all commercial and industrial establishments in the Sultanate to adhere to the precautionary measures to limit the spread of the Coronavirus and to abide by all decisions issued by the Supreme Committee.

The Ministry stresses the need to continue to reduce the visitors of all commercial establishments to a percentage of (50 %) of the total capacity, full commitment to preventive measures such as wearing a mask throughout the shopping period, maintaining social distancing, placing a safety distance (two meters) and presenting the vaccination certificate, emphasis on not permitting unvaccinated individuals to enter business establishments.

The ministry warned business establishments that failure to comply with the above conditions would attract fines and legal measures.
