5 things to do if you are feeling stuck in life

If you are feeling stuck in life remember that the power to change that is in your hands. The difference between where you are and where you want to be is what you do. There are times in life when you are going to feel stuck, there isn’t a way to avoid that, but how you deal with that is what matters. If you are craving momentum, remember that it is up to you to spark that momentum.

We give up our power so often by saying things are out of our control. There are and will always be certain things out of our control. At the same time there are always things in your control as well. What you give your energy, time, and focus to is what will flourish. If you stay focused on the things out of your control, then you stay stuck. If you move your attention to what is in your control you start to make opportunities and experiences available to you.

A big part of sparking momentum in our lives is about learning to tune inwards and listen to what it is our intuition is telling us to do. I fully believe that a lot of the time we inherently know what we need to do, we know what our next step should be, we know the action we need to take. Then the fear comes up, the lack of motivation, the comfort in staying where we are even when we might not be happy there. All of this stops us from taking action and moving forward. It keeps us stuck.

If you are ready to let go of that stuck feeling you need to learn how to tune inward and then trust that voice and take action. The power to take action is our medicine and it is also a choice that is always is our control. A lot of my work with clients is helping you connect to your intuition. I help you discover and tap into the wisdom, teachings, and creation already within you. Then we learn to take action. Without action there can be no outcome.

Here are 5 things you can do if you are feeling stuck in life;

1.Spend some time slowing down and asking yourself what would you do if you were not afraid.

2. Try something new you have been wanting to do but never have.

3. List all the things you have control over in life.

4. Figure out what your next step is and then go do it right away before the doubt and fears take over.

5. Focus on what you currently have to be grateful for. The more you are grateful for what you have the more you invite things into your life to be grateful for.

Remember this always, the difference between where you are and where you want to be is what you do. So, take control of your life and go do something.
