Oman, Greece hold political talks

Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Greece held at the Foreign Ministry here on Wednesday a session of political talks. The Omani side was headed by Sayyid Badr Hamad al Busaidi, Foreign Minister whilst the Greek side was chaired by Nikolaos Georgios Dendias, Minister of Foreign Affairs.


The session reviewed aspects of the bilateral cooperation in economic, scientific and cultural fields between the two countries, as well as means of promoting them in all spheres.


The two sides also exchanged views on a range of current regional and international issues of common interest.


The session of political talks was attended by Khalid Hashil al Musalhi, Head of the Minister's Office Department, Alexis Konstantopoulos, Ambassador of the Republic of Greece to the Sultanate of Oman and officials from both sides. --ONA
