Efforts continue to restore normal life in North and South Al Batinah

Muscat: The Engineering Services at the Ministry of Defence continues its efforts to restore semblance of normality in the affected place by the tropical condition Shaheen as part of the two sub-committees for emergency management in the governorates of North and South Al Batinah. The work is underway to restore utility poles and reconnect electricity to houses.


Meanwhile, the Royal Guard of Oman (RGO) continues its efforts to repair damages caused by the tropical condition in North Al Batinah Governorate by reopening roads, transporting aid materials, providing drinking water and pulling damaged vehicles in accordance to the plans laid down by the Main Military Committee for Emergency Management.
