Muscat: Delegated by His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik, HH Sayyid Fatik bin Fahr al Said, Special Envoy of His Majesty the Sultan left here on Wednesday, heading to the sisterly Kingdom of Bahrain to hand over a written message from the country's Monarch to King Hamad bin Issa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain. --ONA
