Muscat: An official session of talks was held here on Wednesday between the Sultanate and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The Sultanate’s side was headed by Shaikh Khalifa Ali al Harthy, Foreign Ministry’s Undersecretary for Diplomatic Affairs. The Iranian side was headed by Dr Ali Bagheri, Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs of Iran.
The two sides explored fields of cooperation between the two countries in a manner that enhances the bilateral relations. The two sides also exchanged views on a range of regional and international matters of common interest. --ONA
