Duqm: 12 expatriates were arrested for violating the practice of fishing as well as 4 unlicensed boats were seized in the Wilayat of Al Duqm.
In a statement issued online, "the Directorate General of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources in Al Wusta Governorate said that the fish control team of the directorate arrested 12 expatriate workers violating the practice of fishing and 4 unlicensed boats were seized in the Wilayat of Duqm on Monday".
"Coordination was made to hand over the violating workers to the joint inspection team in preparation for their deportation and summon the violators to complete the necessary legal procedures". said the statement
