Muscat: As many as 52 new cases of coronavirus (Covid-19) were registered in the Sultanate during the past 24 hours, in addition to 2 new Covid-19-related death cases.
This brings the total number of positive Covid-19 cases to 302,867 in the Sultanate.
The total number of Covid-19-related death cases reached 4,083, the Ministry of Health said.
The Ministry added that 94 new cases have recovered, bringing the total number to 292,910 recoveries.
The Ministry also pointed out that 11 cases were hospitalized over the past 24 hours, as the total number of current hospitalized Covid-19-infected patients stands at 84 of them 31 are in intensive care units (ICUs). --ONA
