Muscat: The Ministry of Health on Sunday announced 2,788 new cases of Covid-19 and 45 deaths.
of these cases, 702 cases were reported on Tuesday, 675 on Wednesday, 540 on Thursday, 283 on Friday, and 588 on Saturday.
The total number of cases registered in the Sultanate has now reached 205,501, including 2,193 deaths
The total number of recoveries is 186,391, while the recovery rate is 93 percent.
Sixty-three (63) people were admitted to hospitals across the country, taking the total number of inpatients to 722, including 255 in intensive care units.
