Workshop organized on budget of programs and performance

Muscat: The Ministry of Social Development, in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance, carried out a workshop on the implementation of the budget of programs and performance project.

The workshop was held under the auspices of Her Excellency Dr Laila Ahmed Al Najjar, Minister of Social Development.

The workshop aimed at introducing the mechanisms of moving the process of preparing budgets in government units from the traditional budget (budget items) to the budget of programs and performance.
