Muscat: Oman Medical Specialty Board (OMSB) today held the 3rd meeting of the Board of Trustees for 2021, under the chairmanship of Dr Ahmed Mohammed al Saeedi, Minister of Health, Chairman of the OMSB Board of Trustees.
The Board discussed reports on academic policies, the internal accreditation of the General Dentistry Program, the mid-cycle internal accreditation of the Anesthesia program, as well as the internal accreditation reports of Al Rustaq Hospital and the OMSB examination policies.
The Board approved minutes of its second meeting held in 2020, and followed up the previous decisions and action plans. It also modified the training duration of the General Dentistry Program and revised some provisions of the OMSB training regulations. --ONA
