TEHRAN: Sayyid Badr Hamad al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, met in Tehran on Thursday with Shaikh Dr Ahmed Nassir al Mohammed al Sabah, Foreign Minister of the State of Kuwait. Sayyid Badr was in Tehran to attend the swearing-in ceremony of new Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi.
The two sides touched on the fraternal relations between the two countries and means of promoting them. They also exchanged views on various regional and international issues of common concern.
The meeting was attended by officials from both sides.
MEETING WITH INDIAN FM: Sayyid Badr also had a meeting in Tehran with Dr S Jaishankar, Indian Minister for External Affairs.
They exchanged views on various topics of mutual interest. They stressed keenness to promote cooperation in different fields, particularly in the economic, trade and investment areas.
