Muscat: The Ministry of Health (MOH) on Sunday reported 978 new cases and 36 deaths over the past 72 hours.
The total number of cases registered in the Sultanate has now reached 296,835, including 3,850 deaths.
39 patients were admitted to hospitals across the country in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of inpatients to 550 including 232 in intensive care units.
The total number of recoveries is 279,892 while the recovery rate is 94.3 percent.
