MUSCAT: The Wilayat of Izki experienced moderate to heavy rains associated with thunderstorms for the fourth consecutive day, on Wednesday.
The rain caused some wadis to overflow in a number of villages in Izki, reviving dry aflaj, filling the wells and raising the level of groundwater.
