Muscat: The National Leadership Programme for Middle/Senior Management (Etimad), in accordance with Takatuf Oman, on Monday started collective learning introductory sessions for the second group of the first batch.

The 4-day sessions are being conducted in Oman Institute for Oil and Gas (instOG).

Etimad is a programme that qualifies private sector employees by sharpening their leadership and supervision skills through a special programme designed by international and local centres and institutes specialized in enhancing management skills and training leaders.

This opportunity enriches the personal and professional aspects for individuals and institutions alike. The individuals will be qualified as leaders, while the institutions reap the benefits of their qualified national cadres who are qualified for middle and Senior management positions.

It is worth noting that nearly 250 participants qualified within the first group from different private sector institutes. They went through a focused programme on upgrading leadership skills led by international experts. --ONA
