Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik on Monday conferred Order of Felicitation on Dr Ali Abdul Khaliq al Qarni, former Director General of Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States (ABEGS), reflecting His Majesty the Sultan’s appreciation for the efforts and contributions of Dr Al Qarni in serving the GCC Educational work.
The order was handed over by HH Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham bin Tariq al Said, when he received Dr Al Qarni at his office.
